Being resilient doesn’t mean that we’re unaffected by the adversity we encounter in life. Instead, resilience is our ability to recover from the stress we encounter. Whether we can bounce back depends on the stresses we face and the resources we have to help us cope.

Things that can help are having a think and/or talk to someone you trust to see if there are any demands that can be reduced, either at work or at home.  And what alternative or additional resources might sustain you during a difficult time?

Please take care of yourself and make use of the support on offer. Check out your current resilience level and find out how you can support your resilience.
