Move every day challenge

Join NLC colleagues by signing the virtual wall to move every day for fifty straight days, to beat the winter blues away.

Every day from Saturday 15 January to  Saturday 5 March choose your favourite fitness activities, set your goals and whether you walk, dance, swim, cycle you can beat the winter blues every step, splash and pedal of the way!

Winter is a time when you can let your wellbeing habits slide, faced with shorter days, less natural light and colder temperatures, it can be easy to slip into unhelpful lifestyle patterns and neglect your wellbeing. This is the time when you need to put some extra effort into your self-care and cultivate healthy habits so you can feel well.
