E-learning on personal financial skills

To support your personal financial skills and decision making we are delighted to offer five online courses provided by Money Advice Scotland, the Open University and Barclays bank.

  • Financial Capability e-Learning Module, designed to help you improve your money management and budgeting skills. The module will help you to create your own personal household budget and to prepare financially for the future, with lots of hints and tips around how to save money along the way. It doesn’t matter if you have never budgeted before, or would just like to improve your financial awareness – there will be something in the module for you.
  • Managing your debt – this course helps you to identify bills you need to pay and how to prioritise repaying your bills plus explore how we get into debt
  • Planning your personal budget – this course will help you to identify your sources of income and understand how to create a budget which tracks your income and expenditure
